How To Add Setster To Zendesk Help desk


Adding the Setster tab to Zendesk is easy.. As you can see we have it placed here as well.



You need to use a Zendesk widget. This is found in Settings → Extensions → Add widget → Global CSS.

In the form that appears, select the availability for “Anyone, including people who have not logged in”. This allows anyone who lands on your help desk to see it. 

We use a CSS widget because we need to include a stylesheet. To do this, first you must close the already opened tag (because we are using a CSS widget) by adding a closing tag.
Then we include the style:
@import url(“”;);

Then add the Setster code.

After the widget code you have to re-open the tag that was closed in the begining.

Here is what it would look like at the end. Making sure it has your own account name instead.
