Notify Each Provider of Their Own Appointments

If you have multiple providers, then you can opt to send appointment notification and any communication about an appointment directly to their own email address or the your main business email address. 

To notify providers directly:

  1. Go to  Settings >> Profile >> Options
  2. Uncheck the "Send all appointments emails to business email"
  3. Save at bottom of the page

To notify the business email of all appointments and not notify each provider individually.

  1. Go to  Settings >> Profile >> Business Info
  2. Under the Business Email field, enter the email address you wish to notify.
  3. Scroll down in the same page to the Options area
  4. Check the "Send all appointments emails to business email"
  5. Save at bottom of the page
