My customers timezone was detected incorrectly

Setster has a feature that will confirm the customer timezone if it was detected incorrectly. This eliminates any issues of wrong booking times.

Setster detects the user's timezone based on the device or browser they are using. This information comes in from their ISP or in case of a mobile phone the network they are using. Sometime this is not detected correctly especially if their ISP is not considering daylight saving time. 

When we detect a customer is on a different timezone than your own settings, then we show an alert to notifying them of this. It looks something like the below. They can confirm their timezone, and by doing so eliminating any issue of appointments not being booking at the correct time. 

 

To turn timezone alerts on or off, go to Settings > Profile > Localization and select your option.
