Staff Notifications

If you have multiple staff members, then you can opt to send appointment notifications and any communication about an appointment directly to each staff member.

Staff Email Notifications

You have the option to send email appointment notification to:

  1. Both staff and a business email
  2. Business email only
  3. Staff email only

This option is available in Settings >> Options >> Staff Notification >> Send appointment emails to.

Email notifications regarding unconfirmed free appointments

This option allows you to be notified if you requested the customer confirm their email address prior to confirming the appointment via an email link. You wont be notified about appointments until a customer has verified their email address. This is available in Settings >> Options >> Staff Notification >> Notify/Don't notify staff about unconfirmed free appointments.

Email notifications regarding unpaid appointments

This option allows you to be notified if you requested the customer to make a payment via PayPal.  You wont be notified about appointments until the customer has made the required payment via PayPal. This option is available in Settings >> Options >> Staff Notification >> Notify/Don't notify staff about unpaid appointments

 

 

Staff SMS Notifications

You can opt to notify each staff member of appointment updates via SMS (text message) to the number provided in each staff member profile.

To turn on staff SMS notifications

  1. Login to your Setster account
  2. Go to Settings >> Staff
  3. Click on the staff member you wish to set this option for
  4. Under Phone number make sure you have entered the correct mobile number
  5. Scroll to SMS Notification and click to activate
  6. In the dropdown menu select the mobile provider of the phone number entered. 
  7. Click Save.

Please note we add mobile providers upon request. Please get in touch if your mobile provider is not currently on the list provided. 

To turn off staff SMS notifications

  1. Login to your Setster account
  2. Go to Settings >> Staff
  3. Click on the staff member you wish to edit this option for
  4. Scroll to SMS Notification and click to deactivate
  5. Click Save.
