The Event option in Setster allows you to have multiple people book for the same event at the same time. This is great if you offer events like seminars, webinars, shows or classes that reoccur and wish to have multiple people book for the same time slot.
Please note this option can also be used if you wish to allow double bookings. Some business models do wish to allow 2 or more people to come in at the same time as they are being processed by several staff members, this option is flexible enough to allow this.
How to create a group event:
- Login into your Setster account.
- Go to Settings >> Services
- Click on Add
- Click on Event
- In the Maximum Attendees field, you must set a limit, it can be your maximum or if you're open to have as many people as possible join, then add a large number like 9999. Setster will not book appointments for that service once that limit is reached.
- Continue to set your event schedule, visibility and rules as outline here.
- Click Save.
